Connect your store to the systems you already run.

Common questions
Does the sync work both ways?
Yes, where the systems allow it. Typically stock and prices flow out to channels, while orders flow back into your store/ERP — we agree the direction for each field up front.
What if a system doesn't have an API?
We work with whatever is available — official APIs, webhooks, or scheduled file/CSV exchanges — and recommend the most reliable option for your setup.
What happens when a sync fails?
Connectors are built with logging and alerts, so failures are flagged rather than silent, and records retry or queue for review.
Can you connect a custom or legacy system?
Yes. We regularly connect custom stores and in-house systems alongside mainstream platforms.
